The blue print
- Reimagining success. Not one size fits all we need to reimagine multiple diverse leadership etc.
- This means showcasing role models and telling stories in local languages of local people in their voice, to change the narrative through media
- A lot of the narrative is based on ignorance so we need data and research to empower change and advocacy
- We need to include all society men as well in the blue print
- And lastly we need to step up have the courage and confidence to do things and say things even if small. It call counts it’s the butterfly effect
