Prof. Rana Dajani participated as a featured speaker in the WE2030 event organized by Zain Group in Kuwait, which marked the launch of the company’s Women Empowerment Strategy for the coming period, extending through 2030.
The event served as a powerful and inspiring platform dedicated to empowerment, growth, and leadership. It brought together 150 women leaders from across the Middle East and North Africa, each nominated by their institutions to take part in training workshops and ongoing development opportunities as part of a long-term leadership empowerment program.
Alongside prof. Dajani, other prominent figures in behavioral science and executive leadership also took part. The event embodied Zain Group’s ongoing commitment to fostering diversity and equality within the workplace.
Prof. Dajani’s participation reflected a unique blend of scientific expertise, community-driven initiatives, and entrepreneurial leadership, reaffirming the vital role of inclusive leadership in achieving sustainable change. In addition, she shared research conducted by We Love Reading on women’s empowerment and how reading can transform mindsets and build agency among women and girls. Her speech aligned with the event’s mission of equipping leaders with the tools to drive meaningful and lasting change from within.
