As part of Tufts University’s 2025 Women’s Leadership Program (WLP), Prof. Rana Dajani delivered an inspiring lecture to a group of mid-career women faculty members participating in the program. Held at Tufts University in Massachusetts, USA, the event was part of the program’s ongoing effort to promote inclusive, impactful leadership in academia.
Prof. Dajani, founder of the We Love Reading program, focused her lecture on the intersection of scientific research, education, and social innovation.

The Women’s Leadership Program at Tufts is a year-long, cohort-based initiative designed to support the growth and development of women faculty in leadership roles.
